HVAC System

Aventine has a closed loop chilled water system consisting of two 310-ton electric driven chillers. Brand-new Turbocor Smardt Chillers and custom HuntAir air handler with fan wall were installed in 2017, energy management system was upgraded in 2016 and Evapco cooling tower was installed in 2015. There are electric strip heat fans in the VAV boxes in the ceiling for air distribution with perimeter heating on each floor.
